We provide editorial media with a variety of pre-show and onsite services, including:
- Show news, logos, photos and other information
- Media badge that allows access to all media services and extended entry to exhibits
- Newsroom with work areas and access to exhibitor press kits and other information
For Exhibitors
• Exhibitors are encouraged to provide press kits to the newsroom. BICES will pass exhibitors’ news to its media partners for free.
• Exhibitors are encouraged to hold press conference during the show. Be sure to send your conference room appointment to both organizers and exhibition center management office. For more details, please refer to “Exhibitors’ Manual”
• Exhibitors are welcomed to accept interview by press in newsroom, and be sure to provide an interview plan with time, press name and exhibitor name to show organizers before the show. Please send your information to lisamayao@e-bices.org.
