BICES provide free invitation letter to overseas visitors.

Please download and fill the application form, and send it back to us with copy of passport together by email, we will contact with you after receiving the application form.

Kindly Note:
1. This Visa Invitation letter is available only for those who have processed online registration. Please register firstly, then apply for application letter.

2. The final VISA issuance is subject to host country VISA office’ regulation and decision.

3. This invitation letter is not issued from Duty Authorized Unit , but only applies to the exhibitors and visitors of ordinary countires. 

4. Foreign exhibitors or visitors who apply an official invitation letter from the authorized organizations by Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs must provide the following information in addition to the online pre-registration in advance:

(1) Application form as Download

(2) Copy of Passport

(3) Business Licence

(4) Signed and stamped Dispatching Letter of your company (including your position, annual income and length of employment).
